Whole smoked brisket, pork shoulder, and turkey breast will be available for Thanksgiving and are listed below. Thanksgiving meal packages and special a la carte items are available here. Pre-Order deadline is Wed, Nov 19th with pick up on Wed, Nov 26th. Roots will not be opened on Thanksgiving Thursday or Friday.
