Each pork shoulder weights an average of 5 lbs, seasoned with our blend of spices and is smoked with Virginian hickory wood for a 16 - 18 hours.
The pork shoulder will be left whole with bone in. The meat is easily shred with 2 large forks or by hand after reheating.
