Catering - Baked Asiago Potatoes $2/each

Baked Red Bliss Potatoes, ends squared off then cut in half.  The center of the potatoes are mixed with Red Onions, Bacon, then piped back into their skins.  Back into the oven they go then served with Asiago Cheese topping - DELICIOUS!   Potatoes are "2 biters" and Chef suggests ordering 2-3 per person.

Served warm.
