Catering Equipment Sets:

Each chafing rack set comes with a full-sized aluminum pan for double boiler operation and 1 sterno (fuel burners).  Fill the pan with a minimum of a half or full inch of water before lighting the fuel burners.  2 half pans of food will fit into each chafing rack.

The chafing rack and sterno set up is used to keep cooked food at a servable temperature for self service or buffet.
