Sauvignon Gris - This variety has consistently expressed a slate or nice “wet rock” aroma. Hints of fresh orange and lemon zest, Spring-time flowers, pear, almond. Good palate weight with a crisp-apple acidity and a balanced structure. The fruit carries into the palate and through to a clean lingering finish.
Trellis - A whiff of lilac, followed by red plums dominate the nose. Juicy dark cherry and plum flavors integrate nicely with a supple mouthfeel. Fresh acidity rounds out the palate and strawberries linger on the finish.
Rose - A blend of six Boxwood varieties, all estate grown. Sauvignon Blanc added to balance wine and increase aromas. Each variety bled separately and cool fermented with tailored yeasts. Crisp acidity, soft tannins, and full-bodied, with refreshing finish.
