340 grams - whole butter, unsalted at room temperature
142 grams - honey
28 grams - confectioners Sugar
2 grams - kosher salt
Method:
1. Add butter to the bowl of stand mixer filled with a paddle
2. Starting on lowest speed, gradually increase to the medium speed and beat for 1 minute or until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula as needed.
3. Turn off mixer, add remaining ingredients, and starting on lowest speed, gradually increase to medium-high and beat for 1 minute or until everything is completely incorporated, light and fluffy, scraping down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula as needed.
