Our signature beef brisket is seasoned with our blend of spices and is smoked using Virginian hickory wood for a minimum of 15 hours; served sliced and ready to eat.
We suggest 6 ounces of meat per person and guests with heartier appetites will eat more. One pound feeds approximately 2-to-3 people and is served with 2 buns per pound, pickles, and red onions.

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS: Bring meat to thaw or room temperature while the oven pre-heats to 350 degrees. Add some butter to the meat will help maintain moisture. Heat meat for approximately 10 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
